The easiest way to check your address
You do not need to work out which administrative boundary you fall under. Please send any of these:

- Your district name and the nearest landmark
- For apartments, the building and tower name
- For gated housing, the block and the visitor entrance
With that, we can confirm straight away whether your address is within range.
What to include in your first message

- What you are seeing, and when it started
- A photograph or short video, which is optional but genuinely helpful

What can be done at home
A home visit helps a great deal for pets that panic in the car, and for households with several animals. At home we can carry out:
- Examination and assessment of the condition
- Vaccination

- Collection of laboratory samples
Anything that needs fixed equipment, such as radiography, ultrasound, surgery, or intensive inpatient care, cannot be done at home. If your pet's condition points that way, we will tell you early rather than after the visit.

Is there an extra charge for an address far out?
The cost reflects the distance travelled and the type of examination needed. We set out the full cost on WhatsApp before the veterinarian leaves, and nothing is added afterwards.
Can you come to an apartment or a gated cluster?
Yes, very often. Please tell us the access rules and the building, tower, or block name so the visit is not held up at the gate.
Can someone come today?
Please ask on WhatsApp. It depends on what is still open in the day's schedule and how far away you are.
What if my pet is in a critical state?
If your pet is struggling to breathe, having seizures, unconscious, or bleeding heavily, please take them to the nearest 24 hour animal hospital straight away. Do not wait for a home visit.
