A veterinarian who comes to your home in South Tangerang.
Send us what you are seeing along with your location pin and your cluster name. We confirm the timing and the cost before the veterinarian sets out.
Your pet avoids a long drive through the toll gates at peak hour.
Seven districts and several planned townships
South Tangerang city is made up of Serpong, Serpong Utara, Setu, Pamulang, Ciputat, Ciputat Timur, and Pondok Aren. Alam Sutera sits in Serpong Utara, and part of it continues into Tangerang city.
BSD City is centred on Serpong, yet much of its western side falls within Pagedangan and Cisauk, in Tangerang regency. Bintaro Jaya crosses Pondok Aren and Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.
For that reason we confirm a visit from your pin, not from the township name.
Areas you can ask about
- Serpong and Serpong Utara, including BSD City and Alam Sutera
- Pondok Aren and the Bintaro Jaya area
- Pamulang, Pondok Cabe Ilir, and Pondok Cabe Udik
- Ciputat, Sawah Baru, and Serua
- Ciputat Timur, Rempoa, Cireundeu, and Pondok Ranji
- Setu
Addresses in Tangerang city or Tangerang regency are also worth asking about. Certainty still comes from your location pin and the schedule already running.
Clusters, gates, and guest registration
Most housing here sits inside clusters with their own gates, and many register guests at the post. Please tell us the cluster name, the gate visitors use, and whether registration is needed.
Sector numbers in BSD and Bintaro repeat across different areas, so the cluster name together with the pin matters more than the sector alone.
Visit times follow the traffic
The routes through Serpong, Alam Sutera, and towards Ciputat can be heavy at peak hours, and the toll gates add to it. Please give us a time range you would prefer rather than one exact hour.
Kalyan Vet matches that against the schedule already running, and confirms the visit time and the expected cost before the veterinarian leaves.
What to send in your first message
- Your pet's species and age
- What you are seeing, and when it first appeared
- Your location pin, cluster name, and visitor gate
- Whether guests must be registered in advance
- A photograph or video, if it helps
- Vaccination records or current medicine, if any
What can be done at home, and what cannot
A full physical examination and vaccination for cats and dogs can be carried out at home, along with treatment for infections, diarrhoea, vomiting, and skin problems, wound and ear care, and blood sample collection.
Surgery, transfusion, inpatient care, oxygen, radiography, and ultrasound all need a facility. If your pet's condition points that way, we will help you with a referral.
Critical situations such as laboured breathing, seizures, loss of consciousness, poisoning, or bleeding that will not stop need attention immediately. Please message us now and begin with the word EMERGENCY. If it cannot wait, take your pet to the nearest animal clinic straight away.
Frequently asked questions
I live in BSD. Is that South Tangerang or Tangerang regency?
Both, depending on where exactly. BSD City is centred on Serpong in South Tangerang, while much of its western side falls within Pagedangan and Cisauk in Tangerang regency. Please send your pin and Kalyan Vet will confirm coverage and timing.
Do you visit Bintaro?
Yes, it is worth asking. Bintaro Jaya crosses Pondok Aren in South Tangerang and Pesanggrahan in South Jakarta, so the pin settles which route applies.
Our cluster registers guests at the gate. How do we arrange that?
Please tell us in your first message. Kalyan Vet can give you the veterinarian's details in advance so registration is completed before arrival.
Can you see a rabbit or a sugar glider in South Tangerang?
Besides cats and dogs, Kalyan Vet takes enquiries for rabbits, hamsters, sugar gliders, birds, and tortoises. Please give the species and age in your first message.
How much does a home visit in South Tangerang cost?
The cost depends on the distance to your address and on the examination needed, and distances here vary a great deal between Ciputat and Cisauk. Kalyan Vet gives you the estimate on WhatsApp before the veterinarian sets out.
An emergency? Put EMERGENCY at the start of your message
Difficulty breathing, seizures, collapse, poisoning, or bleeding that will not stop needs attention straight away. We are open 24 hours: put EMERGENCY at the start of your WhatsApp message so our team responds first, day or night. For anything needing oxygen, transfusion, or hospitalisation, our vet will tell you plainly and help you get to a facility that has the equipment.
Send us your location pin in South Tangerang and tell us what you are seeing.
Please name your cluster and gate, since sector numbers repeat across different areas.
